NetiPot - Nasal Flush. Neti Pot and Himalayan salt, jala netipot.
Neti Pot and Himalayan salt 1kg A netipot will clean your nasal passages to avoid infections, allergies, rhinitis and sinusitis. It is a natural nasal irrigation used by Yogi's worldwide for thousands of years. Himalayan extra fine salt is the purest salt on this planet and suitable for nasal flushing. Use the white netipot to clean mucus from the nose. It will clean allergens, irritants, bacteria and viruses from the nose reducing the frequency of infection.  Furthermore, they help decrease swelling in the nose and increase air flow. Instructions for Use of Neti Pot After washing your hands and preparing warm water to use, standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head to one side. Without holding your breath and keeping your mouth open, apply the tip of the device snugly against nasal passage and ALLOW THE SOLUTION TO GENTLY FLOW until the solution starts draining from the opposite nasal passage. It should not come in your mouth unless you are tilting your head backwards. To adjust or stop the flow, you may place your finger over the hole of the cap. Do not swallow the solution; however, there is no harm if you accidentally swallow it. Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely because this will apply pressure on your eardrums. If tolerable, sniff in any residual solution remaining in the nasal passage once or twice prior to blowing your nose because this may clean out the posterior nasopharyngeal area, which is the area at the back of your nasal passage. At times, some solution will reach the back of your throat, so please spit it out. To help improve drainage of any residual solution, blow your nose gently while tilting your head to the side. Now repeat using the other nasal passage. If there is any solution leftover, please discard it. We recommend you make a fresh solution each time you rinse. Rinse once or twice a day OR as directed by your physician.. DO NOT RINSE IF NASAL PASSAGE IS COMPLETELY BLOCKED OR IF YOU HAVE AN EAR INFECTION OR BLOCKED EARS. If you have had ear surgery, please contact your physician prior to irrigation. If you experience any pressure in the ears, stop the rinse and get further directions from your physician or contact our office during regular business hours. Do not rinse if your nasal passage is completely blocked, however, you may rinse with a partially blocked nasal passage. Use lukewarm water. DO NOT USE HOT OR BOILING WATER. Follow the cleaning procedures provided in the brochure.  Use only of warm distilled water, filtered water or previously boiled water. Suitable for adults and children above 5 years of age.
